POS API UAT Cases

The certification UAT process is relatively simple. We will communicate to run a session where we will want to run through transactions in the sandbox environment that demonstrate:

  • Successful transaction, fully paid using a credit card
  • Successful transaction, fully paid with loyalty (modifiers - credits/discount)
  • Successful transaction, partial payment (part paid with credit card, part with credits/discounts)
  • Failed transaction on first step (POST) - Insufficient funds
  • Failed transaction on second step (PATCH)
  • Failed transaction - LOKE Server timeout on second step (PATCH)
  • Refund of a successful transaction
  • We may ask for information on reporting and reconciliation of credits/discounts
